For all us males around the world there are debates that will go on until eternally. Messi or Ronaldo, Heineken or Guinness, pizza or pasta ……. But reach out to a male who has an interest in fashion and ask them one thing…. Spring Summer or Autumn Winter ???? Every man has a preference and a valid reason as to why.

The single most important object in men’s fashion around at the minute is undoubtedly the zip. And it’s that zip that is making the half zip jumper the biggest selling product around the country at the minute. And the reason that the men’s half-zip jumper is being so successful is that the diversity of the consumer is so broad compared to most other categories in menswear. Let me explain ………….

There is certainly a real indication out there that quite a lot of males (not all) but a lot do not know how to iron a shirt correctly. If I had a euro for every time, I saw a smart dapper outfit or suit ruined by the hideous under the sight of a wrinkled men’s shirt then I would be writing this blog from a beach in Hawaii.

For those of you too young to remember there was a time during the 90s and early 2000s where you couldn't get near a pub or nightclub wearing a pair of men's designer trainers or in fact any sort of trainer. Well, the pendulum has certainly swung the other way in the last few years and now it seems that trainers are the go-to for males exploring the country's nightlife and social scene. Safe & Sexy …… The perfect shirt isn’t “Farah” way

For quite a few years now, no one product has dominated the country's nightlife quite like the men’s Farah shirt. A subtle little yellow logo embroidered on the upper left chest makes the brand easily identifiable no matter what the colour or tone.

No Jennifer Lopez has not re-written her iconic lyrics in a collab with Calvin Klein …. But if she does, you know where the idea came from!!!
