Extended Christmas Returns
Any orders placed on or after the 30th of October can be returned until January 10th, 2026.*General Returns Terms and Conditions apply.
Returns
EJ Menswear is happy for you to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it. During this period, you can return the item for any reason. If you return any item because of a change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. There will be no charge for returning an item that is faulty. All items, however, will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing. Please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance, or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
We aim to process all orders within 2 working days. During busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
Exceptions: In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:
- Underwear, once the original sealed packaging and tags have been opened or removed.
- Fragrance cannot be returned once the original sealed packaging/tags have been removed.
- Hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged, unless faulty.
Return of items that are part of a deal
If you are returning an item that was purchased as part of a deal, the refund will be issued for the difference of the amount paid minus the full price of the item being kept. For example, if you've bought two jeans (original price of each €71.96) as part of a 2 for €119 deal and you return one jean for a refund, the refund amount will be €47.04 (119 - 71.96 = 47.04). Note: these numbers are for illustrative purposes only and may differ depending on the deal purchased. This applies to all bundle deals available.
We recommend purchasing the replacement item first rather than returning for a refund to avoid missing out on a deal, as exchange items may sell out. Please note your original and new order numbers on the returns form. Once the return is received in our warehouse, we will refund the full amount and treat it "as an exchange." If the replacement item is not available, an alternative choice will be proposed.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges on items within the returns policy period.
If you wish to exchange any item, we recommend purchasing the item you want in advance and then returning the original item for a full refund, as an exchange item may sell out. You can purchase the exchange item as part of a deal. Please note your original and new order numbers on the returns form so we can match them correctly.
Once we receive the returned item in our warehouse, we will refund the full amount so you do not miss out on the deal, and we will treat the return "as an exchange".
Exchanges can be made within a bundle, but to keep the bundle pricing valid, the replacement item must also be one of the options listed under the original deal.
We are unable to hold items for exchange, so purchasing the new item first ensures you do not miss out if the item sells out before we receive your return.
How can I return items?
If you have purchased from our online site, you can make a return in–store, via An Post, or through a parcel or courier service. You must have your order number. If you purchased an item in-store, you can return it in-store or post it to us. Please make sure to include your contact details and the receipt.
Return with AnPost Click & Post
For your convenience, returns can now be made through the AnPost Click & Post service. This option allows you to create and pay for a return label online and drop your parcel at any local post office or parcel locker without printing the label. Please note that EJ Menswear does not cover the cost of returns; customers are responsible for postage fees when returning items due to a change of mind. AnPost Click & Post service has standard fees for parcels up to 20 kg.

How does it work?
Once the return is received at our warehouse, it is processed by our online team. The confirmation of the refund/credit memo will be sent to the email provided on the order. Please note, it's an automatic email, so sometimes it can be forwarded to the spam folder.
If the requested exchange items are not available or we have any further queries, we will contact you at the email provided on the order.
Once processed on our end, it usually takes up to 5 working days for the refund amount to be shown on the account, depending on the banks.
Returning items in–store purchased online
You can return any item you purchased on our website in–store. You must provide your invoice/filled out returns form, and the goods for return must be in a resalable condition, unopened with tags, and undamaged. Our store assistants will arrange for a refund to your original payment card or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3 -5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment with you and still wish to make a return, an EJ Menswear gift card will be offered to you.
Returning items by post
A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items and return it to Ej Menswear Online, 11 Grattan Street, Sligo, Co. Sligo, R.O.I.
