Delivery Charges*

*Orders over €79 are delivered FREE in ROI & NI. Orders placed in ROI & NI are subject to a delivery charge of €4.50 if the order value is under €79. Delivery charges for other countries are listed below.

Couriers Information

All orders are dispatched with AnPost or DPD, depending on which courier has the highest delivery success rate for the destination eircode within the expected delivery timeframe.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders received before 3 pm Monday to Thursday, with a delivery address in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, should be received by the customer within 24 hours. Deliveries can take sometimes up to 2 working days within Ireland. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning, excluding bank holidays. Please allow extra time for dispatch during busy sales time.

Every effort is made on our behalf to fulfil your order and ensure next-day delivery where appropriate. From time to time in a small minority of cases deliveries may not arrive the next day for reasons beyond our control.

We always raise any delivery issues with our courier partners on your behalf and do our utmost to have any issues resolved as soon as possible.

Any item(s) undelivered by our courier partners must be returned for us to issue a refund or resend the item (s). If an item(s) is lost during the delivery process then refunds can only be issued once the case is closed with our delivery partners.

Please note:

Even though we have an overnight contract with our couriers, during the busy holiday season, they might experience a backlog, which might result in delays of the deliveries and is outside of our control.

Mainland UK 

Orders placed in the UK, mainland only, are subject to a delivery charge from €10, depending on postcode. All orders received before 3 pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day, where possible. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday. Please note - Additional charges may be added at the time of delivery for orders placed outside the EU. These charges may include VAT, customs or excise duties and are beyond our control. Please note that any additional charge rates are set by your local authorities and are not determined by us.

Orders outside of the EU 

All orders received before 3 pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day, where possible. Please allow 3 – 10 working days for delivery, depending on the destination and the courier's operational times. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday. Please note - Additional charges may be added at the time of delivery for orders placed outside the EU. These charges may include VAT, customs or excise duties and are beyond our control. Please note that any additional charge rates are set by your local authorities and are not determined by us.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect items once dispatched. For security purposes, we may need to contact card providers to confirm your details.

During periods of sale, some delays can occur, or some items may be out of stock. Every effort is made to limit these occurrences. In case of a sell-out, you will be offered an alternative, where available, or issued a refund to the original payment method.   

Gift Cards 

Gift cards purchased online will be emailed directly to your or the recipient's inbox. It is not a physical gift card. It is valid for both online and in-store purchases. Physical gift cards are available for purchase in-store or by contacting store staff at 0719170824. Please note that physical gift cards can only be redeemed in-store. If you wish to use it online, you will need to exchange it for an online voucher. To exchange the physical gift card for an online please send the photo of the barcode (we need to scan it in order to exchange it for you) to [email protected], and our online team will exchange it for you. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. Gift cards do not expire and can be used at the EJ Menswear offline store and ejmenswear.com. A few gift vouchers can be applied to the same order.
