Collect In Store

We also provide a collect in store service free of charge. Once your order has been processed you will receive email and text notification to let you know when it is ready to collect. Please bring along proof of purchase when collecting your order.

Returns

We are happy for you to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it. During this period you can return the item for any reason. Exclusions apply.

If you return any item because of a change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. There will be no charge for returning an item that is faulty. You can view our full returns policy here.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the incorrect size or colour we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. You can then return the original item(s) and receive a full refund. If you wish to exchange any item they must be returned within 14 days. Please note delivery charges are applied for shipping of exchange items.
